By purchasing a GBP Rank Pro plan, you agree to these terms. All plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month — there are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel before your next billing date at any time.
Services. Each plan includes the deliverables listed on our Pricing page, executed over the course of each monthly cycle. Work begins after we receive the onboarding details listed on our How It Works page.
Results. We use proven, white-hat, manually executed local SEO strategies. Search rankings are determined by Google and depend on your market, competition, and listing history — no SEO provider can guarantee a specific position, and we make no such guarantee.
Your responsibilities. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the website and Google Business Profile you submit to us, and that the business information you provide is accurate.
Refunds. Because work is performed and costs are incurred throughout each monthly cycle, fees for a cycle already underway are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future billing.
We collect only the information you submit through our forms (name, business details, contact information, website and Google Business Profile links) and use it solely to deliver our services and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We use standard analytics tools to understand site usage. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us through our Contact page.
